When you submit an inquiry form or use our WhatsApp contact, we collect your name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, and any message you provide. We also collect anonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4 and Facebook Pixel (if enabled).
Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, provide quotations, send catalogs, and communicate about orders. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Inquiry data is stored on our server in JSON format and is accessible only to our sales team via password-protected admin panel. Data is retained for up to 24 months for business reference, then deleted.
Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are loaded only after you select “Allow analytics & ads.” If you select “Necessary only,” advertising and analytics tags are not loaded. Your preference is stored in your browser and can be cleared through your browser storage settings.
When you click a WhatsApp link on our site, you will be redirected to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Your phone number and message are processed by WhatsApp according to their privacy policy.
